Creve Coeur Days 2009
A HUGE SUCCESS
Creve Coeur Days 2009 saw record crowds in the thousands over the 4-day festival which was held for the first time on the Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital campus. The Sunday Parade, too, drew enthusiastic response from the crowds lining Olive Boulevard from Pulaski Bank to Mason Road and then south to the Midway. If you attended either, we would like to have your comments, criticisms and suggestions. Go to our Contact page and send us an email. We will post it on this site. Creve Coeur Days 2010 will be held next May. Check back here periodically for news throughout the year, and thanks for visiting.
WOW! Another record setting event has come and gone. As President of the Creve Coeur Days Board, I would like to thank the great people who made this wonderful event happen. Thanks to our Sponsors without whom we could not have an event at all; our incredibly dedicated and hard working Board members, all of whom spent countless hours planning and overseeing all the activity that goes into Creve Coeur Days; our booth and parade participants whose efforts made the fair truly enjoyable for so many people; the City of Creve Coeur Police and Fire Departments whose dedication is only surpassed by their abilities; the helpful and supportive City Manager and City Council who helped turn our fair into the community event it was designed to be; Archway Amusment Company who comes through every time; our generous and most gracious hosts: Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital; and the residents of Creve Coeur and surrounding areas who came by the thousands to eat, drink, ride, play, listen, and enjoy as a community.Thank you all so very very much!
